A 48-unit condominiums with three story, net-zero electricity buildings designed with light gauge steel, photovoltaic panels and green building materials. Napa Creek Village will be taken through LEED, Cal Green, and Build-It-Green certifications. It is currently expected to achieve LEED Gold.

Design | build A 1200sf, 3 Bedroom 2 3/4" Bath Guest House/ ADU (auxilary dwelling unit). This Home is designed and built without the use of any combustible materials for the structural elements. The exterior walls, interior floors and roof system are all made with poured in place concrete. This type of home is designed for high fire areas and sites prone to other natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes and tornado's. Any architectural style can incorporate these design features.
